THE CORONAS announce a return to Belfast’s iconic Ulster Hall this December

The Coronas

Since the release of 2020’s True Love Waits, which reached number 1 in the Irish album charts, The Coronas haven’t wasted much time. The Dublin 3-piece wrote and recorded a brand new album while also enjoying countless gigs since live music returned earlier this year.

If new singles Strive, Write Our Own Soundtrack and the forthcoming If You Let Me are an indication of what’s to come on Time Stopped, then the album will be a worthy follow-up to the critically acclaimed True Love Waits.

Produced by long-time collaborator George Murphy (Mumford & Sons, The Specials, Ellie Goulding) and mixed by Grammy award-winning Peter Katis (The National), sonically, the album ranges from joyous to intimate, with snapshots of subtlety that complement moments of the Coronas at their radio-friendly, foot-tapping best. Prior to the release of Time Stopped in the autumn, the band will embark on a 25-date European, North American and Australian world tour.

The band then return to the iconic Ulster Hall Belfast on December 4th before making a triumphant return to Dublin to do their now legendary series of Christmas gigs at The 3Olympia.
