TRACK OF THE DAY: THE MINNOWS - WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO?

Belfast band, The Minnows have unveiled ‘What Was I Supposed To Do?’, The first track from their forthcoming album, and it’s a belter! The band were inspired to write the song after watching a documentary about former lovers and performance artists Marina Abromavic and Ulay being reunited in New York after 22 years apart.

They split after each walking 2,500 kilometres towards each other for a final kiss on the Great Wall of China, it was to be their final performance piece. It’s amazing story of two artists who fell in love, then out of love.

The song is beautiful slow building epic and the video compliments the song perfectly.
You won’t have a dry eye at the end.
