Disco-pop queen Róisín Murphy has announced an open-air summer show at Trinity Summer Series on 2nd July 2023.

This will surely be thrilling news for her legions of Irish fans who weren’t lucky enough to secure a ticket for her 3Olympia Theatre show last April, which sold out in a heartbeat.

Singer-songwriter and director Róisín Murphy rose to prominence in the 1990s as one-half of Moloko, which released smash hit songs, including ‘Sing it back’ and ‘The Time is Now’.

She then moved on to enjoy a wildly divergent solo career that has flitted joyfully from Italian songs to powerhouse tracks like ‘Let Me Know’, meaning she has stealthily developed into one of today’s most innovative and restless artists.

Róisín’s new album ‘Róisín Machine’ was released to rapturous acclaim last year and was nominated for a Choice Music Prize award.

Tickets from €49.90, including booking fee go on sale this Friday 4th November at 9am, subject to licence.
