Liverpool duo Her’s announce a UK headline tour this autumn in support for their recent release ‘Songs of Her’s’, a collection of their material to date released in May this year. The record makes for the most complete introduction to their eccentric world yet.
Originally a meeting of minds between Norway’s Audun Laading and Barrow-born Stephen Fitzpatrick, Her’s forged a strong chemical bond through a mutual love of off-kilter humour and outsider art. The pair started releasing music as Her’s and quickly developed a dedicated audience across the globe, a journey which saw them play Green Man, SXSW, The Great Escape and Visions.
Having sold out their debut London headline in June at The Waiting Room within a week, Her’s announced their return to the capital at The Sebright on November the 15th, and today announce a 6 date tour which sees them add Glasgow, Leeds, Barrow, Brighton and Bristol.
As well as finding critical acclaim from the likes of Radio 1, 6 Music, DIY, The Guardian, Stereogum, NME, The Line of Best Fit and wide array of Hype Machine tastemakers, ‘Song’s of Her’s’ continues to reach a fast growing dedicated audience making Her’s one of the most exciting new indie bands in the UK right now.
