DROPKICK MURPHYS released their new video ‘Smash Shit Up’ today - Watch Now

Dropkick Murphys released their new single and video ‘Smash Shit Up’ today. ‘Smash Shit Up’ is available digitally and on limited edition coloured vinyl paired with B-side “The Bonny,” a cover of Scottish singer-songwriter Gerry Cinnamon’s 2019 song. Both songs are available on streaming platforms worldwide, with vinyl offered in the Dropkick Murphys webstore, and at the band’s upcoming tour dates, while supplies last. ‘Smash Shit Up’ is also accompanied by a video which can be seen below.

Dropkick Murphys kick off a run of big European shows this week, starting at the Maimarkthalle on Jan 31st in Manheim, Germany, and ending at London’s prestigious Alexandra Palace on Feb 21st. Full European tour dates are below.

Meanwhile, opening acts have been announced for Dropkick Murphys’ Boston Blowout- the band’s five St. Patrick’s Day week Boston-area hometown shows, including Rancid’s Lars Frederiksen and Glen Matlock of the Sex Pistols. The full list of openers appears below.

Following the Boston Blowout dates, the band returns to the road in May for a handful of North American festival dates, including Domination Festival (Mexico City), Epicenter(Concord, NC), Welcome To Rockville (Daytona Beach, FL) and Sonic Temple Art + Music Festival (Columbus, OH).

Since forming in 1996, Boston’s Dropkick Murphys have sold a staggering 7 million albums worldwide. Recently, Dropkick Murphys’ song “Rose Tattoo”–from their Signed and Sealed in Blood album was chosen by Loudwire as one of the “Top 66 Best Of The Decade Rock Songs,” appearing at #21 on the list.
