#18: XS Noize Music Podcast: Alan McGee talks Musicians Against Homelessness + Creation

On this weeks XS Noize Music Podcast Mark Millar talks to Alan McGee about Musicians Against Homelessness + Creation Management. Alan McGee is a Scottish businessman and music industry executive. He has been a record label owner, musician, manager, and music blogger.

Alan is best known for co-founding and running the independent Creation Records label from 1983 to 1999. He has managed and championed successful acts such as The Jesus and Mary Chain, Primal Scream, My Bloody Valentine, and Oasis, This year Alan launched Musicians Against Homelessness with Emma Rule to help raise money for homeless charity Crisis.

Musicians Against Homelessness aims are to raise funds for the homeless charity Crisis and provide gig opportunities for up-and-coming bands. All proceeds go directly to Crisis.
