On August 25th Real Estate will release new single ‘Had To Hear’ as a special limited-edition orange-colored vinyl 7”, backed with their new b-side, a cover of The Nerves’ ‘Paper Dolls,’ recorded in Chicago during the Atlas recording session. The band has also shared the official music video for ‘Had To Hear’, shot while on tour in Mexico City this June and directed by Richard Law. Watch it BELOW

‘Had To Hear’ is from Real Estate’s latest LP, Atlas, which landed the band on Late Show with David Letterman, earned their third straight Pitchfork Best New Music and has appeared on numerous ‘Best of 2014 Thus Far’ lists. Following an appearance at Green Man Festival next month, the band will return to the UK in October, culminating in their biggest UK show to date at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on October 29th.
