VIDEO PREMIERE: Little Triggers - 'Loaded Gun' - Watch Now

With their debut album recently released and a run of festival-slaying performances already behind them this summer, Liverpool’s fast-rising rock n’ rollers are back with a new single in the shape of Loaded Gun, the title track of the LP.

After their anthemic and raucous So Fine and Giving Me Up singles landed them on Spotify Rock playlists and the airwaves of Planet Rock Radio and BBC Introducing earlier this year, Loaded Gun showcases a bluesier, more subtle side to Little Triggers – but still provides a meaty, riffed-out midsection and guitar solos galore.

“Loaded Gun is about falling for someone you know you shouldn’t – that femme fatale you know is going to burn you out,” explains frontman Tom Hamilton. “The protagonist in the song claims to be advising the next sucker not to fall in love, but it’s clear he’s done so already and it’s too late for him.”

Like all the best rock n’ roll gangs, Little Triggers have a shared vision of restoring the rawness of guitar music and festival-ready choruses to the top of the tree and come armed with the looks, charm and ear for a hook to do it. Rock media have been quick to spot their huge potential, with Classic Rock Magazine featuring them as both a coveted High Hopes new band and awarding them a Track Of The Week and Planet Rock, Total Rock and BBC Introducing Radio spinning their singles this year. The supercharged So Finerocketed to thousands of streams with prominent placements on their All-New Rock and Rock The World official playlists.

With an Iggy Pop support slot last year as well as a growing fanbase from a tour of France and shows in the UK this year, the rock n’ roll flame is burning brightly with Little Triggers.
