Swansea City Rockers TRAMPOLENE bounce back with a new single ‘Hard Times For Dreamers’ - Listen

Swansea City Rockers TRAMPOLENE bounce back into view with a new single ‘Hard Times For Dreamers’ through Mi7 Records on Friday 27th April. Written by boss Tramp Jack Jones, ‘Hard Times For Dreamers’ was recorded in January at Ray Davies’ Konk Studios in London’s Muswell Hill and produced and mixed by Josh Green (Peter Perrett, Ray Davies, Kathryn Williams).

Says Jack, ”I remember catching the 3A or 2B bus into town every Saturday to doss around with my friends. We’d maybe bunk into the cinema or push each other off the high diving board at the swimming pool… anything to beat the boredom. The buses back home were about as regular as Halley’s comet so I had plenty of time to ponder the universe. There was a really lovely, but mad, old lady selling The Evening Post and she used to shout ‘Soooo Soooo Get Your Evening Post’…and it stuck in my head. The origin of ‘Hard Times For Dreamers’ comes from that time. It’s a kind of love song in some ways as well…not sure who to, mind …maybe to our way of life…fans…or my wife, who I haven’t met yet.”
