SLAVES – ANNOUNCE O2 ACADEMY BRIXTON SHOW PLUS HOMETOWN CHRISTMAS SHOW 2015

SLAVES - ANNOUNCE O2 ACADEMY BRIXTON SHOW PLUS HOMETOWN CHRISTMAS SHOW 2015

One of the most acclaimed live bands of the moment, Slaves, are topping off what has been an incredible year for them with two very special UK shows. Firstly, they’ll bring their anarchic musical mayhem to the legendary O2 Academy Brixton on the 17th of December for their biggest ever headline show to date. They’ll follow this with a triumphant return to where it all began, Royal Tunbridge Wells, for their final gig of the year with some close quarters chaos at the Assembly rooms on the 18th December.

The shows come after a roller-coaster year for Isaac Holman (vocals, drums) and Laurie Vincent (guitar), with their debut album, ‘Are You Satisfied’ crashing into the top ten album chart in March. Since then they’ve completed their first sold out headline tour of the country, played a string of acclaimed radio sessions, performed three slots at Glastonbury, were awarded the ‘Spirit of punk award’ by Kerrang! Magazine, and recently supported the Libertines at Ibiza Rock’s 10th anniversary.

Still to come, the band continue their run of summer festivals with slots at Japan’s acclaimed Summer Sonic festival and Belgium’s legendary Pukkelpop, before heading back to the UK to tear up Reading & Leeds and Bestival. As if that wasn’t enough their heading out on their biggest ever headline tour in November.
