TRACK OF THE DAY: DESERT SOUND COLONY - 'Signals'

London based band Desert Sound Colony return with new EP Signals. The new single follows the band’s second EP: Cracks, for Frank & Tony’s Scissor & Thread imprint. Since emerging onto the scene with their debut EP for the label in 2014 they have developed from a solo project into a full band, which in turn has added layers to their alluring sound.

Having already toured the U.S. with Bob Moses and performed at Further Future Festival in Las Vegas, this summer sees the band continue to wow crowds across the UK and EU with shows at Lovebox, Dimensions, Farm Festival and more. Currently busy in the studio working towards their debut album, 2016 looks set to mark Desert Sound Colony as one of London’s most intriguing new acts.
