London based four piece noise rock band Keroscene have released their debut double A-side "Cotton Candy/Storm O.K." on 2nd March 2015 on Dream Machine Records. Drawing influences from late 1980's noise rock, no-wave and psychedelic rock, the band describe their sound as "multicoloured melancholy"
Keroscene have now released a video for lead track 'Cotton Candy'. You can watch it BELOW:
For the last few months, the band have been curating their own monthly club night/residendcy at their Unit-4 Warehouse in West London. The last one saw them play alongside Esben and the Witch, the next confirmed ones are:
Saturday 21 March - w/ La Hell Gang
Monday 11 May - w/ Tenebrous Liar and Hatorns
In the meantime, Keroscene play a London show next week:
Tuesday 10 March - Old Blue Last, London
Formed in early 2014, the band consist of Thomas Marion (bass), Jake Sorbie (vocals, drums), Francesco Bondi (guitar, sampler) and David Troster (vocals, guitar).
The band's name is a portmanteau of the words "Kerosene" and "Scene". The idea for the name came after lead singer David Troster, had a drunken argument in a bar with a journalist who claimed that there are no more scenes as they all quickly burn out.
