Legendary Canadian rocker Bryan Adams brought his unstoppable energy to Leeds on May 10th as part of his Roll With the Punches tour — and it was nothing short of a euphoric celebration of life, love, and timeless music.
The night kicked off with a playful surprise: inflatable boxing gloves soared above the crowd on drones emblazoned with the tour and album title Roll With the Punches. This set the tone for a night of feel-good rock ‘n’ roll. Adams and his band launched straight into the title track from the new album, instantly capturing the crowd’s attention.

From the first chord to the final encore, Adams exuded charisma and enthusiasm — dancing across the stage, cracking jokes, and even taking spontaneous song requests from the audience. His voice, steady and soulful, sounded as powerful as ever, a testament to his enduring talent and passion for performance.

Backed by a stellar band with razor-sharp technical skills and an infectious camaraderie, the chemistry on stage was undeniable. The setlist mixed new material with beloved classics, keeping the crowd on their feet and singing along throughout.

As the night drew to a close, Adams stripped things back, performing the final songs solo with just his guitar — a poignant, intimate moment that reminded everyone why he remains such a beloved figure in music. It felt like he could’ve played all night, if only time allowed.
XS Noize was lucky to witness a true master at work — a night filled with joy, nostalgia, and rock ‘n’ roll magic in Leeds.
