On 1st November 2024, The Cure released their widely acclaimed, now Grammy-nominated album Songs Of A Lost World. To mark the occasion, the band performed the album in full — for the first and only time — at London’s Troxy in front of 3,000 fans.
Now, that entire performance will be available for the first time on Blu-ray and DVD from 13th December.
The Cure: The Show Of A Lost World is a remixed, recut and 4K-remastered film of the complete 31-song set. Directed by Grammy-nominated Nick Wickham and featuring a brand-new sound mix by Robert Smith, the film includes the full live performance of Songs Of A Lost World plus a special five-song set celebrating 45 years of Seventeen Seconds.
Fans can experience the full concert on the big screen when it arrives in cinemas worldwide on 11th December, ahead of the physical release. Tickets are on sale now at thecurelostworld.com.
The Cure: The Show Of A Lost World will be released via Lost Images, Polydor, Mercury Studios and Trafalgar Releasing.
Formed in 1978, The Cure have sold over 30 million albums worldwide, headlined Glastonbury four times, and entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019. One of the UK’s most influential bands, they will return to the road for live shows across Europe in Summer 2026.
