The Prince of Pop, Justin Timberlake is back again in the star chamber– and his next stop, the Venice of the North.

The multiple Grammy and Emmy Awards winner continues his trailblazing shows in Europe and Amsterdam will play host to the Popstar, for three nights at the Ziggo Dome. Justin Timberlake is set to perform a setlist of songs from his album ‘Everything I Thought It Was’, which was released this year.

‘The Forget Tomorrow World Tour’ began on April 29, 2024, at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada. Since then, he has touched down in Seattle, Las Vegas, and San Diego, and is now in the most populated city in the Netherlands. The tour is divided into 3 legs, with 86 shows spread across Europe, America and North America.

‘Everything I Thought It Was’ is JT’s sixth studio album and his first since 2018. As expected his fans were excited to see the Pop phenom back in the studio and releasing hits. ‘The Forget Tomorrow World Tour’ is by far the highest-grossing tour in his career, amassing over $140 million from ticket sales. It commercially performed beyond expectations, placing him under the spotlight again. His fans were hungry for some scintillating pop-style music and the charismatic Timberlake served.

He kicked off the European leg of his tour in July and August is packed for the popstar.

He is scheduled to perform in England on the 7th, 8th and 11th at Birmingham, Manchester and the grand O2 Arena. On the 15th, 16th and 19th of August, JT performs live at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. Fans can buy Justin Timberlake Amsterdam tickets from various outlets including Seatsnet.com.

With thousands of fans expected to grace the venue, camera, lights, and action will take off later this month as the 43-year-old gears up to thrill audiences in Amsterdam with an unforgettable show.

He is truly a remarkable and talented entertainer, from his properly rehearsed dance moves to his voice that is always on cue, Timberlake never misses when it comes to live stage performances.

There are some rules set to provide a peaceful and entertaining arena for Justin to do his thing and make it worthwhile for you, the fans.

Here is a list of banned items at the arena.

Bag Policy

Please note, that backpacks are not allowed at this event. Handbags are permitted if they are no larger than A4 size and no thicker than 10 cm. There will be security checks including bag searches will be conducted before entry. It is advisable to either leave your bags at home or use Lockerpoint for storage and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. You’ll have to rent it and you can store whatever you brought with you. It is directly above the entrance, and it stays open for an extra 1hour after the end of the concert, in case you’re still mesmerized by Justin Timberlake’s performances.

Food and Snacks

No outside food is allowed at the concert grounds. Instead, you can enjoy a meal at one of the fourteen food outlets within the Ziggo Dome, located on each floor. It is cheap, but very delicious and homemade. Alcohol will also be made available within the Dome. You can buy them from authorized vendors only. Any alcoholic drink will be seized.

Weapons

Weapons of all kinds are not allowed. The last thing as pepper spray will be confiscated. There are specialized security experts from Justin’s crew and the arena’s team. They are in charge of your safety and have taken measures to ensure that there is peace and order while the show goes on. So, knives, guns and other sharp objects are banned from the show.

Cameras

Cameras with detachable lenses are also prohibited from the event’s centre. Other video recording devices are also prohibited items, selfie sticks included. But, you can bring your phone and a portable charger.

Smoking materials

Smoking is not permitted inside the Ziggo Dome, and the venue does not provide smoking areas. Guests may exit the Ziggo Dome during the event for smoking within a limited time slot. That is to say, there will be no cigarettes, vapes or weed inside the Dome. Anybody caught smoking will be kicked out with no refund.

Banners

No banners, signs, or flags will be allowed inside the Ziggo Dome. These items might block others from experiencing the magnificent view of the pop star.

Bottles

Can bottles, plastic bottles, glass containers and bottles are prohibited. There are authorized vendors within the Dome with drinks and bottled water, patronize them and toss the empty containers into the set-aside recycle bins.

Animals

Pets are not allowed inside the Ziggo Dome. There are no specialized places for animals either. So, it is kindly advisable to leave all animals at home or in your hotel rooms. Only service animals used by the Security teams will be present at the arena.

Pyrotechnics and Fireworks

These are dangerous items and can start a fire, thus, they are prohibited. Every firework you’ll need for the show will come from Justin’s performances, that is enough fire already.

•Small bags and purses (size restrictions may apply)
•Mobile phones and cameras (without detachable lenses)
•Cash and credit cards
•Valid tickets and confirmation emails
•Small snacks and sweets (unless specified otherwise)
•Sealed water bottles (up to 500ml)
•Earplugs
•Medications and emergency medical equipment
•Service animals and assistance dogs
•Wheelchairs and mobility aids
Sign language interpreters and assistant companions (with prior arrangement)
•Authorized event merchandise (purchased from venue vendors)
•Guidebooks and event programs

Note that some of the items on this list might be banned depending on unforeseen events that might occur before then.

Parking at Ziggo Dome

If you want to park at Ziggo Dome, there are many different parking lots around Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live, and the Arena stadium.

P1 – Johan Cruijff Arena: 2400 parking spaces at Burgemeester Stramanweg 130 (under the Arena).

P2 – Event terrain: on Borchlandweg 1. Only open during events (4 hours before to 2 hours after the end).

P3 – Mikado: 336 parking spaces located at De Entree 228.

P4 – Villa Arena: 1248 parking spaces located at De Entree 228.

P5 – Villa Arena: 1354 parking spaces located at De Entree 7.

P6 – Pathé/Entertainment Triangle: 399 parking spaces located at De Corridor 15.

P10- Plaza Arena: 814 parking spaces located at Herikerbergweg 288.

Due to the high traffic around events, football matches, and concerts, we recommend reserving a parking spot in advance at a parking garage near Ziggo Dome. In the absence of events, P1 under the Johan Cruijff Arena serves as a cheap P+R location, allowing you to park extra affordably at Ziggo Dome.
