JAMES have announced Nothing But Love – The Definitive Best Of, due for release on 21 November. The release is a comprehensive and career-spanning collection, documenting the band’s journey from their early singles through to fan favourites and special selections curated by the band themselves.

Nothing But Love – The Definitive Best Of will also include two new tracks, “Wake Up Superman” and “Hallelujah Anyhow,” both produced by Leo Abrahams, who worked with the band on their #1 album, Yummy, in 2024.

Formats will include a 3 CD deluxe version, taking fans on a chronological journey from the very beginning of the band’s career right up to the present day, which includes a booklet with exclusive track commentary from the band themselves. This set also features the original “Sit Down (Rough Trade Version)” available for the first time on DSPs and available to purchase for the first time in 35 years. The 5 LP vinyl set – which includes tracks from Yummy – is housed in a rigid slipcase with an accompanying booklet and 14 tracks and versions being made available on vinyl for the first time ever. The 2 LP colour vinyl set is a highlights selection of the tracks.

James have also announced their biggest ever arena tour for April 2026. The dates include Birmingham Utilita Arena, Leeds First Direct Arena, Glasgow OVO Hydro, Liverpool M&S Bank Arena and London O2 Arena, culminating at the 20,000 capacity Co-op Live in Manchester. The band will be joined on the dates by special guests Doves.

The band had their busiest ever summer of live shows in 2025 which included a concert on the streets of Penamacor in Portugal where they played to over 20,000 fans. They are currently touring North America performing their classic 1993 album Laid and will play dates in South America later this year.
