IAN BROWN confirms - THE STONE ROSES are recording 'GLORIOUS' new music

Today The Stone Roses front-man Ian Brown finally confirmed what the world was waiting for – The Stone Roses are recording new music at Paul Epworth’s Church Studios in London, as XS Noize previously reported.

Speaking to NME outside the studio today, when asked about the new material and how it is going Ian Brown, said: “Like a dream”. When asked when fans of the band can hear the material Brown simply said, “Soon”. He added that the new material was sounding “glorious”.

In addition to their Manchester headline shows, The Stone Roses have gigs lined up in Dublin, New York and Japan, as well as a headline slot at T In The Park.
