Rising Mexican singer & songwriter Mariane releases new video for her new song SOUND OF DRUMS, a mix of dramatic soul with melancholic pop. The music video features people from all different races and backgrounds, inspired by portraits from photographers around the world. The main message of the song and the video is to create awareness and conscientize people about the social and political tensions in the world, its a call to action for people to stand together despite their differences in beliefs, race or origin.
This song is the third single of her upcoming album Golden, that will be released later this year.

About Mariane
Soulful singer & songwriter from Mexico, Mariane debuted with her single “Let it all go” in March of 2018, starting the journey to release her first album named Golden, where she shares and brings her stories to life. Growing up on pop but then immersing herself in jazz and soul she created songs with a warm and cosy ambience with an emotional and melancholic feel. Her influences go from Alicia Keys and Adele to jazzier influenced artists like Lianne La Havas, Corinne Bailey Rae and Amy Winehouse. Her voice is soft and sweet but with a very wide range of textures and colours, especially when it comes to her low register, where she transmits with ease a lot of emotion. The music in GOLDEN (her debut album out this year) is just like seeing an album with pictures, it produces a mix of happiness and melancholy.
