TRACK PREMIERE: The National Parks tease upcoming album ‘8th Wonder’ with new single ‘Trouble’

The National Parks

We’ve all had those instances – and instants – in life where we meet someone and feel an immediate connection; that thrill you get when you ‘click’. Such a moment and feeling is the subject of the new single from The National Parks called “Trouble.”

Vocalist and guitarist Brady Parks shares that the song is, “…about meeting someone and instantly feeling this electric connection. It’s a deep-down feeling where you know that from this point on your life will never be the same. I remember when we took this song to the studio, we all felt the need to channel some Tom Petty vibes and it became one of our most rock-leaning songs yet and we love the energy and life it has.”

“Trouble” is the latest track to the lifted from the upcoming album 8th Wonder, set for release in March. The collection is packed with songs that explore themes such as self-discovery and parenting and highlight some incredible sights the band has seen while out on the road.

Having announced their arrival on the scene a decade ago, The National Parks have long since established them as a band who know how to captivate audiences, both audibly and live. To date, they’ve amassed an impressive 150 million streams and performed at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year. Their latest release and new album look set to win them an even larger following as they musically play their way through 2023.
