THE CRIBS Announce ‘Men’s Needs Women’s Needs Whatever’ 10th Anniversary Tour Dates

THE CRIBS confirmed to headline CAMDEN ROCKS FESTIVAL 2016 1

The Cribs will celebrate the 10th Anniversary of their acclaimed third album ‘Men’s Needs, Women’s Needs, Whatever’ by playing the record in its entirety during a select run of UK headline dates this spring. Tickets for the shows (listed below) will go on sale this Friday, February 10th.

‘Men’s Needs, Women’s Needs, Whatever’ propelled The Cribs band from cult heroes towards a wider mainstream awareness, reaching number 9 on NME’s ‘Albums of the Year’ list in 2007, as well as being named one of Rolling Stone magazines albums of the year in the USA. The record will also be available on vinyl LP for the first time in 10 years, courtesy of a special gold reissue via Wichita Recordings.

“When writing an album, you (not so) secretly hope that 10 years down the line people will still care about it, still listen to it and get something out of it whatever that may be. And so, ultimately we just feel really lucky and honoured to be in a position where this ‘conundrum’ of looking back vs moving forward is even a consideration.

In short, this isn’t The Cribs indulging ourselves and reliving the past – it’s more just a big THANK YOU to all of you that have been with us throughout the years, and a ‘welcome aboard’ to those who missed it the first time around.

With eternal gratitude

The Cribs xxx”
