Stereophonics have shared their latest single ‘Taken A Tumble’ as they prepare for a UK & Irish arena tour that will see them perform to more than 150,000 people in spring 2018. The enduringly successful band will then follow the arena tour by playing two huge summer stadium shows at Cardiff City and Wrexham’s football grounds in June 2018.

The driving energy of ‘Taken A Tumble’ is a perfect match for such big stages as Kelly Jones’ wonderful songwriting talents deliver once again, the new single’s instantly memorable chorus sure to have audiences singing along.

‘Taken A Tumble’ is the most streamed track from their Gold-certified album ‘Scream Above The Sounds’ and follows previous singles ‘All In One Night’ and ‘Caught By The Wind’. Stereophonics performed the song during their two recent high profile TV appearances, on ‘Later… with Jools Holland’ and BBC One’s ‘Sounds Like Friday Night’.

The new single has already been added to Radio X’s playlist. The album’s previous singles were both A-listed at BBC Radio 2 along with further playlists at Radio X (daytime), Absolute and Virgin Radio. The release of ‘Scream Above The Sounds’ also saw the album picked at Album of the Week at both BBC Radio 2 and Absolute.

‘Taken A Tumble’ is accompanied by a video of the band performing the song live from The Firepit (see below).
