RÓISÍN MURPHY announces Mixcloud global live stream event on November 14th

With her much anticipated fifth album “Roisin Machine” now out in the world and racking up the critical plaudits, the incomparable Roisin Murphy now heats things up even more by announcing a special live streaming event just for Mixcloud, taking place November 14th.

“That’s it… I’m getting the band back together!” Murphy says. “I need to feel a connection with other musicians, in the here and now. With a live show and live band, anything can and will happen. This is a unique opportunity to bring the music and visuals together in new and exciting ways. Live music and film are two of my favourite things and I am hugely excited about the possibilities and ready to take it on in the spirit of creative adventure. This will be a moment in time and a document of the time. I’m sure it’ll be emotional.”

Tickets go on sale today and are available here – https://m.mixcloud.com/live/roisin-murphy/roisinmurphylive/buy/

“Roisin Machine” sees Murphy returning triumphantly to her unashamed dance roots; the end result of an astonishingly fruitful 10 year working relationship with DJ Parrot. It has already been garlanded with praise by everyone from the Guardian and the Independent (both of whom named it Album of the Week) and Metro and NME (who both gave it perfect 5-star reviews).

Murphy will also be embarking on proper live dates next year, taking in headline shows through UK and Europe in the autumn – full list below.
