The Prodigy have announced details of a UK tour to take place in May.
The band, who release new album ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ on March 30, will play a series of live shows starting on May 4 in Newcastle. Subsequent dates in Bridlington, Birmingham, Cardiff, Blackpool, Reading, Brighton and Bournemouth will take place before a pair of London gigs at Alexandra Palace on May 15 and 16.

The band previously announced a spate of festival dates, including at Australia’s traveling Future Music tour in February, as well as at Rock AM/Rock IM Park in Germany and the Isle of Wight Festival in the summer.

Tickets for all dates go on sale at 9am on Wednesday (January 14). For further tickets information and a full list of dates, see below.

‘The Day Is My Enemy’ will be the British electronic band’s first album since 2009’s ‘Invaders Must Die’. Previously, group founder Liam Howlett promised to “wipe the floor” with current crop of dance DJs on the band’s “violent-sounding” new record.
