PET SHOP BOYS pop-up store to open in Shoreditch’s Boxpark on Friday April 1st

PET SHOP BOYS Release “THE POP KIDS” (THE REMIXES) March 18 - listen

Pet Shop Boys have announced a pop-up shop which will open in Boxpark Shoreditch, London, on Friday April 1st, the release date of their new album “Super”.

The pop-up shop will sell a range of new Pet Shop Boys merchandise, including tee-shirts in five different designs, iPhone cases, a signed screen print (edition of 100), badges, and signed “Super” CDs and vinyl (while stocks last). There will also be listening stations with B&O PLAY headphones so visitors can listen to the album.

The shop will be open for three days, April 1st, 2nd and 3rd with opening hours from 11 am to 7 pm (Friday and Saturday) and 12 pm to 6 pm (Sunday). It will be located at Unit 26, BOXPARK (Pet Shop Boys), Braithwaite Street, London E1 6GY.

The shop is made possible with the assistance of B&O PLAY Bang and Olufsen and Worth Retail. UK Country Manager of B&O PLAY Tom Martin says: “We are truly honoured to bring together two such iconic and stylish partners – Pet Shop Boys and B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen to create a unique and beautiful listening experience for the release of ‘Super’.”

Pet Shop Boys release their new album ‘Super’ on x2 Records (through Kobalt Label Services) on April 1st. The album was written in London and Berlin and produced and mixed by Stuart Price in Los Angeles. It features 12 new Tennant/Lowe compositions including the current single, ‘The Pop Kids’.

Pet Shop Boys have also confirmed a residency of four very special, sold-out concerts at London’s Royal Opera House from July 20th-23rd. Entitled ‘Inner Sanctum’, the concerts will be the only opportunity to see this brand new, site-specific Pet Shop Boys show which is being staged by long-term PSB designer Es Devlin and choreographer Lynne Page.
