Paul Draper Releases Public Service Broadcasting Remix Of 'FRIENDS MAKE THE WORST ENEMIES’ - Listen

Paul Draper – former frontman of iconic alt-rock band Mansun – has collaborated with Public Service Broadcasting to release a remix of ‘Friends Make the Worst Enemies’, out now via Kscope.

Friends Make the Worst Enemies is taken from EP TWO, Draper’s second solo venture, and stays true to the unapologetically progressive ethos behind Draper’s earlier musical offerings. Co-written with Catherine Anne-Davies (aka The Anchoress).

This remix from the eclectic Public Service Broadcasting maintains Draper’s propulsive and modern rock n roll sound, whilst infusing it with a more spaced-out electronic character.

Following a Mansun tradition of releasing small bodies of music, EP ONE and EP TWO are snapshot precursors for Draper’s hugely anticipated forthcoming debut solo album, due late spring 2017. EP TWO charted at no.1 on the UK Physical Singles chart following the #1 Vinyl chart for EP ONE. Fan reaction has been excellent and the lead tracks received playlists at 6Music and Radio X as well ‘Song of The Week’ in NME, and Guardian ‘Track of The Day’.
