PAUL DRAPER Announced as special guest support for STEVEN WILSONS 2018 US tour

PAUL DRAPER comes to Belfast to perform debut solo album & debut Mansun album

Paul Draper has been announced as very special guest support on the first leg of Steven Wilson’s forthcoming US tour in spring 2018. These will be the first shows Paul has played in North America since touring with Mansun after the 1997 release of their debut album Attack of the Grey Lantern.

Paul Draper on the US dates: “It’s an amazing honour to return to the States to play eight shows supporting my good friend Steven Wilson. It’s been twenty years since I played in the USA and I’m really looking forward to performing songs from my solo records as well as one or two Mansun classics for fans in the United States. I literally can’t wait to see you at the concerts.”

Check ticket details and availability through Steven Wilson’s website. Ninet & Band support on all other US Dates.

Paul Draper and Steven Wilson have collaborated on several of each other’s recent releases, most notably on the brilliantly hypnotic No Ideas (featured on Paul’s EP One) and on the title track of Steven’s fifth album To The Bone.

Following a sold out series of live shows in the autumn (his first ever solo gigs), Paul will play a previously announced U.K. tour in February/March 2018. Coinciding with the 21st anniversary of Attack of the Grey Lantern (and ahead of a huge Mansun reissue campaign), Paul will play two sets each night. The first will be made up of tracks from his acclaimed solo releases (including the UK top 20 album Spooky Action), the second set will see the band playing AOTGL in its entirety. These shows will be the first time that album has been performed live in its entirety.
