Northern Irish artist Conchúr White announces an extensive touring schedule, including full UK tours with Billie Marten, and Villagers, along with a headline stint in 2022.

Hailing from County Armagh in Northern Ireland, Conchúr White achieved notable success in Ireland with his previous band Silences, who split in 2019. Upon parting ways, Conchúr felt an outpouring of creativity and began working on solo material. Conchúr’s 2020 debut EP ‘Bikini Crops’ shortly followed, and new EP ‘Dreamers’ is further evidence of his inarguable talent as a songwriter and musician.

Widely praised at press (DIY, The Line Of Best Fit, SPIN, Clash Magazine, Under The Radar, Beats Per Minute, Gigwise) and a firm favourite at both Irish radio and UK radio (Steve Lamacq, Huw Stephens, Guy Garvey) – Conchúr White is an artist with the world at his feet.

New EP ‘Dreamers’ was written over a year and a half long period and recorded across various different studios in the UK and US, working with producers including Kevin McMahon (Frightened Rabbit, Real Estate) and Simon Dine (Paul Weller); the EP was then mixed by Matt Wiggins (London Grammar, Glass Animals, The Horrors).

There’s a dream-like surrealism in White’s musical storytelling which he delivers with an understated theatrical manner – with lyrical influences including the likes of Father John Misty, Lana Del Rey, Alex Turner, and Charles Bukowski.

Conchúr White’s new EP ‘Dreamers’ is out now. Conchúr will tour with Billie Marten in September, Villagers in October + November, with a full UK headline tour of his own in January 2022.
