LAURA MARLING Announces Live Streamed Ticketed Show For June

Laura Marling is excited to share details of a live-streamed ticketed show at London’s Union Chapel next month. The performance will geo-blocked and beamed live to fans in the UK and Europe.

The British musician follows the release of her stunning new album, Song For Our Daughter, with this intimate live performance on Saturday 6th June. Tickets for the one-off show are limited. The announcement follows the recent news of another performance at the Union Chapel for her North American fans that occurs later the same evening.

The unusual undertaking at one of her favourite venues will involve skeletal staff and crew, but benefits from full production and a multi-camera shoot, bucking the trend for widespread artist live show postponement right across the globe. The announcement also offers a tentative step in helping to aid the flagging live sector and sets a potentially positive new precedent for other artists suffering from the loss of live earnings.

Tickets for the show are on sale now via DICE.

Song For Our Daughter is Laura Marling’s seventh studio album. Released in April, it was pre-empted by a note posted online by Laura explaining her motives behind the record’s quick release at the time of Coronavirus lockdown.
