It’s been less than a year since Alex Lowe reformed Hurricane #1 and released their critically acclaimed album “Find What You Love And Let It Kill You” after a long battle with cancer.
Well it seems this band don’t waste any time as they are currently putting the finishing touches to the follow up and it’s called Melodic Rainbows due for release in August 2016. Front-man Alex Lowe said “It’s a solid album, more rock and roll”.
Mixing and mastering of the new album Melodic Rainbows has begun in LA. It will be produced by Legendary producer Danny Saber who has worked with rock royalty such as Black Grape,The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, U2 and Michael Hutchence to name a few.
I recently asked Danny Saber about the new music from Hurricane #1, he said “it’s going to blow your minds”.
The band are really looking forward to working with Danny. Alex Lowe said “when you get a call from LA from one of the best producers in the business you have to bite”
