Eoin Dolan is a songwriter and producer from Galway, a seaside town on the west coast of Ireland. His music combines sublime and sometimes heartbreaking melody with lush instrumentation and a classic songwriting finesse to create a vintage psychedelic pop sound.
A founding member of Galway collective Citóg Records, Eoin is also the sound engineer for original showcase Eclectics and a youth music facilitator with Livefeed and Foróige SoundSurfers. Eoin has self-released six records and produced work for Field Trip, New Pope and Me Auld Flower.
Eoin Dolan’s single Superior Fiction is proving to be a hit with UK radio listeners after repeated plays by tastemaker Gary Crowley on BBC London. The track, which has been described by Clash Magazine as “eerily majestic psych-pop imbued with incredible individuality”, showcases Dolan’s trademark knack for a catchy melody, lush instrumentation and classic song structure in a radio-friendly ode to the truth in an age of misinformation.
