FRIENDLY FIRES Unveil Video for new single "Love Like Waves" - Watch Now

In April of this year, Friendly Fires returned from a hiatus to remind us exactly why we all loved them so much in the first place. The trio of Ed Macfarlane, Edd Gibson and Jack Savage announced their comeback with the anthemic new single ” Love Like Waves”, a Mark Ralph produced track that is both a timely reminder of Friendly Fires’ past successes and a tantalizing taste of an even brighter new era. That same week, Friendly Fires performed their first UK live show since 2012. Over the years, Friendly Fires’ live events – from basement raves and curated club nights to huge headline shows and festival headline slots – have become the stuff of legend, and their sold-out appearance at London’s 5000 capacity O2 Academy Brixton was no exception: another euphoric, inclusive and celebratory night from one of our most exciting and critically feted live acts.

Today (Wednesday, May 30), Friendly Fires reveal the video for “Love Like Waves.” Directed by Giorgio Testi – famed for his work with the likes of Gorillaz, Savages, Damon Albarn and London Grammar among others – the beautifully shot video was filmed on the island of Favignana earlier this month and can be seen right now BELOW:
