DERMOT KENNEDY announces a SECOND ALEXANDRA PALACE SHOW in London

Artist of the moment DERMOT KENNEDY today announces a SECOND ALEXANDRA PALACE SHOW in London after phenomenal demand for the first sold-out night. The second show will take place on April 4th the day after his first sold-out London date, with pre-sale tickets going live Wednesday 15th January and full on-sale Friday 17th.

This comes in the wake of being announced by The Brits as a nominee for their ‘International Male Solo Artist’ alongside Tyler The Creator and Burna Boy which tops off an incredible 12 months for the Irish star.

Kennedy’s long-awaited #1 debut album ‘WITHOUT FEAR’ was the best selling debut album by an international male artist in the UK in 2019 and lead single ‘Outnumbered’ reached #7 in The Official UK Charts, already passing Gold status. It had one of the longest runs of any single in 2019 to be playlisted on BBC Radio 1 and culminating with 14 weeks of playlist support. Globally Dermot sits with just over 950m streams across all platforms.

Dermot continues to be a global phenomenon with recent TV performances with the likes of Jimmy Kimmel, The Jonathan Ross Show, The Ellen Show and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert as well as selling over 160,000 tickets last year and finishing 2019 with over 950m global streams.

Next June Dermot will headline four huge outdoor performances across Ireland at Malahide Castle and St Anne’s Park in Dublin, Independent Park in Cork and Belsonic Festival in Belfast – with all 50,000 tickets selling out in under 10 minutes.
