Car Seat Headrest Announces Mammoth Tour

Teens of Denial — the thirteenth album in Car Seat Headrest’s (aka 23-year-old Will Toledo) oeuvre, second on Matador, and first to be recorded in a proper studio with a full band and producer (Steve Fisk) — is out now digitally on Matador Records. Following last week’s recall of all physical product, the LP/CD versions will be released in July, official date TBD.

In addition to previously confirmed East Coast shows this weekend and upcoming festival appearances at Primavera, Four Knots, Capital Hill Block Party, and Pitchfork Fest, today Car Seat Headrest is excited to announce further US tour dates for August and September. The tour kicks off at MAHA Music Festival in Omaha on August 20th and culminates in Madison on September 27th, with stops in major Midwest and Southern markets in between.
