CAPTIVA RELEASES DEBUT SELF-TITLED EP; LISTEN HERE

Kansas City indie rockers Captiva released their debut self-titled EP on December 15th, which includes their most recent single release of “Road To Ruin”. They’ll be kicking things off with a television performance in Des Moines, IA on KCWI 23 (Dec. 22). Their 2016 year begins a two-week run in Colorado, performing at the SnoDaze College Ski Trip with The Expendables on select dates in Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Steamboat Springs.

Captiva is an alternative rock band hailing from Kansas City, Missouri. For the last two years, the band has been circuiting small clubs across the region and opening for other national touring acts. Captiva has played on numerous festival stages such as Backwoods Music Festival, Fashion Meets Music Festival, SXSW, Boulevardia, Audiofeed Festival and Middle of the Map Fest. In 2015, the began gaining strong momentum, securing college radio-play across the country, and opening for major acts such as Twenty One Pilots (Starlight Theatre) and The Lonely Biscuits (recordBar). With the release of their debut EP in December, they have been busy securing tour plans for 2016.
