Today, Bat For Lashes aka Natasha Khan drops a final clue ahead of the release of her fifth album “Lost Girls” next week in the form of “ Desert Man”, In a change of pace from the tracks that came before, “Desert Man” is a huge song of longing and loss, with Khan declaring that “love is a nowhere land” over lush, symphonic synths.
Ahead of the release of “Lost Girls” this week, there has been a flurry of Bat for Lashes activity, with a ‘sold out instantly’ show at Rough Trade East, and a BBC Maida Vale radio session with songs from the new album played live for the first time.
There will also be more exciting activity later this year, yet to be announced. From Natasha herself:
