Lyrically conscious, future-focused soul music artist Thabo is pleased to announce the release of his brand new EP ‘Hey Mama’ due this May. The Zimbabwean born singer pre-empts its release by sharing a new emotive track ‘Better’ exclusively through XS Noize.
He details the track: “Imagine Mother Nature is assessing her creation and she comes back to Earth to see how we’re getting on…this song is her summary on our progress.”
He goes on to add: “My aspiration are Truth, Humility, Art, Bravery, Optimism”.
‘Your Mama’ is the third independently released EP from Thabo Mkwananzi. It’s all about Your Mama… THABO has just completed UK tours supporting Seal and Zara McFarlane. He launches ‘Your Mama’ at Vinyl Tap, Huddersfield on Saturday 5th May at 2 pm and Rough Trade East, London on Wednesday 9th May at 7pm. Headline shows to be announced soon…
