Following their seriously heavy gigging schedule, and described by Alan McGee (Creation Records) as “An amazing band” the name GO FIASCO has become synonymous with heavy and serious “Sludge-Pop.” The Liverpool based 4 piece come armed with a bluesy baritone vocal in the form of Jim Morrison-esque, Daniel Duggan, charismatic and powerful. The band draw from a wide variety of influences to create a unique and absorbing sound scape, reminiscent of Talking Heads at their most direct and energetic.
Following the release of their critically acclaimed debut single “Heaven,” industry support began to grow. A regular with BBC Introducing and favourite on a variety of local and international music stations, with festival slots filling up their Summer. The band have also garnered support from the Liverpool International Music Festival, being named as part of the LIMF Academy.
July will see the band release their greatly anticipated second single “Master Crime.” Already confirmed as a favourite “live” track by GO FIASCO fans, it will see them rightly taking their place as one of Liverpool’s hottest tipped bands.
