If you love some weighty future bass/trap, then you’re in for a bit of a treat this week. Now over a year old, UZ’s flourishing label Quality Goods Records is sounding stronger than ever and has just released its first offering of the year.
This one is a collaboration between Awoltalk and Ian Munro, both striking producers in their own right. Together they have made “Lost In U,” which channels various elements together into a highly punchy package.
With shrill riffs, snatches of vocals and lead-like bass thuds and drops, this tune is a great representation of the hot talent that the platform regularly pushes. We love the explosive energy that runs throughout, and the way “Lost In U” builds with intention.
